Our Story

Mamacita Tacoria started with a simple idea - bring people together over really good food.

Founded by chef duo Steve and Alisha, Mamacita was built around a shared love of bold flavours, music, and community. What began as a vision quickly turned into a vibrant food truck experience, serving up fresh, Mexican-inspired eats from their signature funky bus in Collingwood, Ontario.

From day one, the focus has been the same: keep it simple, keep it fresh, and make everything with care.

Whether you’re grabbing tacos at the truck, catching live music at Side Launch, or bringing Mamacita to your own event, the experience is always rooted in the same energy welcoming, flavourful, and meant to be shared.

As Mamacita has grown, so has the vision. Catering became a natural extension of what they do best, offering a more elevated way to bring their food into weddings, gatherings, and celebrations of all kinds.
